Great News for climbers and mountain lovers, Pakistan Mountains Peak Fee remain unchanged for another year to come (2013).

Gilgit Baltistan Council issued a notification (attached) confirming that Peak Fee for 2013 summers and winter season will remain unchanged. Since last many years government of Pakistan is offering discounted peak fee to encourage foreign mountaineer expeditions in Karakoram, Hindu Kush and Himalaya mountains of Pakistan.

In summer 2012 a large number of mountaineer expeditions visited Pakistan, K2 was climbed from Pakistan side after 2008.
